We are having a Book Fair, but not as we know it! The leaflet of all books that are available to buy through our Virtual Book Fair can be downloaded and viewed below. Your child has been given an Order Form. This needs to be returned to school by Wednesday 21st October 2020.
You have 3 options of payment: telephone, gift voucher or cash. You will receive your book(s) between the 5th and 12th of November.
On Friday 16th October please come in dressed in red! This is to demonstrate our support in showing racism the red card! You can even come in red hair if you are allowed!!!
You can begin to bring food in for the Harvest if you wish.
At present, parents and carers are not able to come into the playground and we are asking that you maintain social distancing at the school gates. Children are to be dropped off and picked up at the Elsham road entrance gates. Children in Year 1 start at 8:45 am and finish school at 3:10pm.

Home reading activity
As you know, due to government guidance we are not able to send core reading books home. If you are unable to purchase reading books for your child, please do let me know and we will support you. Each week, a child from Sequoia Class is chosen to take a story book home to keep!
In numeracy we have been comparing lengths of different objects. Can you find 4 items around the house that are longer than a pencil and shorter than a fork?
Please practise reading the black cat sounds on the left. This will help you in your reading and writing.
