Vision Statement

Our vision is to prepare children to be active and responsible members of society and develop their own self-worth and beliefs while gaining knowledge of, and respect for, different people’s faiths, feelings and values.

The Waltham Forest Syllabus is integrated into the school's curriculum, aiming to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for life. The Religious Education (RE) curriculum covers various religious beliefs and progressions, promoting social cohesion, respect, and empathy. The teaching is weekly, using the 'big question' method encouraging debates and reasoned argument to helps pupils to understand the place of religion and belief in the modern world.

Teachers use a range of resources to form an enquiry based approach that engages our learners with religious and theological beliefs.
